6.2.1 Language Modeling Tools: Network Builder

Constructing language models manually via text files is a tedious,
inefficient process. To overcome this, we provide software to aid in the
process. One
such tool is the network builder program, isip_network_builder. This
tool allows the user to create language model files using an intuitive user
interface which represents the language model network graphically. Complex
grammars can be created in minutes and saved in a variety of formats.
Network builder also makes it easy to modigy existing language models. The
following sections explain how to use isip_network_builder.
