To celebrate the 10th year of the symposium, we are collaborating with Novela Neurotech and NeuroTechX to host the Neureka 2020 Epilepsy Challenge. There will be a special session at the symposium in which authors from the best submissions will present their results. We hope you will participate in this very interesting seizure detection challenge.
We will also select eight full papers to be published as book chapters. Our first book, for IEEE SPMB 2018, is now available from Springer.
The Philadelphia Section of the IEEE invites you to participate in the 10th aniversary of SPMB designed to advance the intersection between healthcare, engineering and computer science.
Papers of general interest to the disciplines of signal processing and bioengineering are welcome, particularly those in emerging areas such deep learning and big data. For the past five years (2015-2019), papers have been indexed in IEEE Xplore. Selected full papers will also be invited to publish a book chapter in an annual ebook produced by Springer.
